Wedding Month Management/Day-Of Coordination
For couples who have the time to plan their day, but do not want to be concerned with or worry about details on their wedding day. We will be there to make sure all details of the wedding day are executed as smoothly as possible, giving the bride and groom the ultimate peace of mind.
▸ Meeting two months before wedding day to examine your wedding day logistics, filled-in wedding planning templates, vendor contracts, and to-do’s before next meeting.
▸ Meeting one month before wedding day to review final wedding details in depth, and address any issues that may have arrived.
▸ A final meeting two weeks before the big day to execute a wedding day itinerary, and finalize all other wedding details such as required décor elements, the Banquet Event Order, final guest count and floor plan. At this stage, NINA Weddings takes over all final communication and confirmation of vendors.
▸ Attendance and direction (as needed) of wedding rehearsal.
▸ Set-up, management and co-ordination of the big day until the end of the first dance.
